Return & Exchange Policy


Effective Date: March 15, 2025


Eligibility for Returns


 We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Shopify return option or camprigid@gmail.com

2. Provide clear photos of the defect/damage.

3. If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


Exceptions: We cannot replace items valued over $100.


Exchanges for Sizing Issues

 Customers may exchange an item for a different size (subject to availability).

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect.


Shipping Carrier Damages

 If your package is damaged by the carrier, you must file a claim with the carrier directly.

 We can assist in resolving shipping-related issues but cannot guarantee reimbursement.


Return Shipping Costs

 We cover return shipping for defective items within the U.S..

 International customers must cover their own return shipping costs.
